Mani Pillai, Founder and President
Mani Pillai is the founder and President of SwapsHub. Mr. Pillai started SwapsHub in 2011 to address Dodd-Frank regulations with an
industry first buy & sell side cloud based execution and clearing platform. Mr. Pillai is also the President of FinTrack
Systems since 1997 that provides e-Commerce solutions linking buy-side and sell-side for institutional equities trading, CFDs,
Interest Rate Swaps and Equity Swaps. Prior to FinTrack, he spearheaded Mizuho Capital Markets IT team with a multi-currency
front/middle office Interest Rate platform from 1993 to 1997. He has also served as Lead Technologist at Lehman Brothers from
1991 to 1993 to implement their Front office FX trading platform. Mr. Pillai started his financial services career in Quotron Systems
in 1990 as a software engineer in their Market Data division. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science.
Vipin Bharathan, Strategic Advisor
Vipin Bharathan is the founder of dlt.nyc. Mr. Bharathan is the chair of the Capital Markets Special Interest Group and the Identity Working Group in Hyperledger. He has been involved in the Hyperledger community right from its inception. He recently helped launch a CBDC project in Hyperledger labs called eThaler. As head of BNP Paribas mortgage technology, Mr. Bharathan helped create the pricing, trading, position-keeping, trading and counterparty risk and compliance reporting functions of mortgage desk and debt capital markets secondary trading teams. As a technologist Mr. Bharathan has worked as a developer and team leader in Industries as diverse as financial market infrastructure, medical malpractice insurance and media.
Vipin became interested in Blockchain technology and started as the first blockchain strategist for North America for BNP in 2015. Vipin was involved in the founding discussions of R3, DAH and the EEA; all significant blockchain consortia now. Vipin also helped scope and implement multiple Blockchain and Digital Transformation PoCs for BNP Paribas and others. Vipin is also a Forbes contributor and a speaker in financial and blockchain conferences.
James McKeon, MBA, Director of Business Development
A seasoned financial solutions executive, Jim McKeon is the director of SwapsHub's global sales efforts. Throughout a
20 year career, working for four different software solution providers, including 13 years at a senior management
level, Jim has always taken a consultative approach to delivering solutions that help clients to achieve improvements
so that they can attain their objectives.
With a solid background in Treasury, Trading and Risk Management, his focus has been building relationships with
banks, brokers and asset managers. He has significant global experience, working to win and support vastly different
accounts of geographical and cultural perspective. Working with clients from Moscow to Johannesburg to Oklahoma
City, Jim is an expert at listening and understanding the unique needs of each and every client. Jim is a firm believer in
the partnership approach, with an emphasis on customer service. He maintains close relationships with our
customers and business partners, both directly and through the operational teams, and is always looking to improve
the service we provide. He understands how to work effectively with customers, ensuring they get the most out of
their investment in our platform.
Jim has held sales and operation management roles in software technology companies including; Financial Software
Systems, IRIS Integrated Risk Management and FISERV. He earned an MBA from the University of Arizona in Tucson
and a Bachelors of Science in Business from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
Neil Wright, Managing Principal
Neil Wright is a bank operations executive with 25 years of experience in capital markets operations, audit and control.
Mr. Wright began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank as an internal auditor. He managed Chase's Internal Control Group
for all operations in Europe, and then became the global head of Derivative Operations. In this role he consolidated
all operations into one processing center of excellence and managed the consolidations of the Derivative Processing groups
during two major mergers: Chase/Chemical and Chase/JP Morgan. After JPMorgan Chase, he joined Citigroup and was the global
head of Commodity Operations while also running the Derivative Collateral Management Group. In his most recent role, Mr. Wright
was a senior vice president at State Street Corporation as the Head of the Derivatives and Collateral Product and Strategy Group.
Mr. Wright has been active in all industry groups relating to derivative operations, including serving as chairman of ISDA's
North American Operations Committee, Board Member of FpML.org., founding member of the SWIFT Derivative User Committee, co-chair
of the AMF Derivatives Operations Committee and the ISDA Steering Committee for the Clearing Connectivity Standard.
Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University.
Yatish Srivastav, Strategic Advisor
Yatish Srivastav has over 25 years of experience in Global Capital Markets, specifically focused in Trading, Risk Management
and Wealth Management. He is a proven business leader who has led business, operations and technology organizations, and has
successfully launched multiple global consortiums. His experience spans the Financial Services Industry and Business & Technology
Consulting. His track record in fixed income derivatives dates back to 1991, when he successfully led the development of one of the
earliest multi-currency global trading platforms in the industry, which is still in use today.
More recently, Yatish has been focused on innovating for blue-chip Capital Markets institutions by helping architect integrated
and malleable Operations and Technology ecosystems that are better able to keep pace with the rapidly evolving global regulatory requirements,
while improving trade processing efficiency and optimizing costs. His experience in this area has included applying leading edge paradigms
like Semantic Engineering, Big Data and Analytics to transform existing enterprise business operations that often include multiple platforms
and outsourcing.
Yatish is a Managing Director at Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR), the leading provider of technology, communications,
and operations outsourcing solutions to the global financial services industry. His previous employers and clients include
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Bank of New York Mellon, Wells Fargo, Bessemer Trust, Citigroup, Mizuho Capital Markets,
Standard & Poor's, Capital IQ, among others.
